Grounded

Feeling grounded is comforting to me. It helps me tackle any kind of stress or anxiety much better, when I am balanced in myself.

Taking time for walking, knitting, yoga, pilates are my ways of getting back to my own skin and helping to get through upheavals.

In Yoga, doing the savasana, and scanning everybody part is a great therapy to completely relax and understand my own body.

I do think it is important to be grounded. It will keep the mind and body more at ease and you can be calm and peaceful in your body.

How do you keep grounded? I would consciously want to practice this more often. Do share and help us all keep much more balanced.

  1. I enjoy my 10 minute yoga session every morning but I must say that being in nature does wonders. I am blessed to live by the coast; getting into cold water is a great way to feel not only grounded but Alive! I don’t go every day but a few to several times a month – depends on the weather really!
