
Watching reels, scrolling, facebook to instagram and of course what’s app. I am constantly on my phone. Sometimes it is exhausting.
Yesterday I left my phone in my bedroom and didn’t use it all day. Definitely the lack of information overload was mentally freeing. But then I got hooked on to series on Netflix and sat through it all day long.
On days like this I start to question myself am I depressed. Did I need the downtime of doing nothing?
I always have a lot of work to do so when I waste my time like this it is quite frustrating.
I am not going to feel guilty about it, instead will start work early today and keep at it with full concentration.
Maybe I did need the mental slow down to recuperate.

A good week to you too! And, I’ve actually developed ganglion from using my phone so I’m on a break from my scrolling. Which I find really nice and needed 😉

Hope it feels better soon. That’s a good reason for looking for a mobile holder for scrolling.
