
Nothing feels better than a good session with a personal trainer in the local gym after a full day of hard work.
It was bitterly cold yesterday evening with temperatures of minus two degrees, and it was dark. My PT session was booked for 6.30 pm. I came back home from work, got changed, and dashed off to the gym.
Of course, it was a real tough, whole-body workout that was planned. I loved every bit of it. The gym was busy, so it felt great to be part of the new year’s fun and enthusiasm.
I am feeling well motivated these days. I have been doing yoga six days a week. I just need to add in a few cardio days and I should be good to go.
