Batch cooking.

This is how my Sundays are spent, first the shopping, then chopping up everything and then cooking portions for up to three days of the week. Once all the evening meals are done and the lunches packed, then I can relax for the day. If I am not prepared my whole week feels chaotic. I prefer to have main meals packed away so we don’t need to order take aways when we come home after work. Famished and tired is the worst combination for eating anything and everything which then leads to weight gain. Better to be organised in order to be happy through the working days.
