Deep breathing brings deep thinking and shallow breathing shallow thinking.
(Elsie Lincoln Benedict)
There has been days when unprecedented work comes along, I was not prepared and work place was not prepared. Fighting spirit comes into function. Fear is setting in. Unsure whether the day is even possible. A sudden turmoil throughout the system.
I am sure we have all faced days like this. It can be difficult but needs to be dealt with. This could happen at work or at home. Talking it over with somebody or even writing all that must be done, will help.
What has really helped me is deep breaths and deep thinking, truly, everything gets sorted. Shallow breathing may set in a panic mode. There is no need. Life always gets sorted and days get sorted. Be calm, be patient and take deep breaths, happiness will set in. Have a good day.
π I guess it’s a matter of contex EveryOne; in the Stressful Pressure Cooker of the Workplace and dysfunctional family and friends relationships “Deep Breath” is most definitely a Good Solution; for Me, personally, it Breaks Down like this:
β οΈ My Sporting Persona is “Deep Breath” to Recover My Puff and continue with My Sporting Activity
β οΈ My Creative Persona is “Shallow Breath” to Allow Flow of Exciting Streams of Consciousness
β οΈ THINKING!!! is NOT!!! a Matter of “Breath” EveryBody THINKING!!! is a Matter of the Admitting, Acknowledging and Addressing Our MMHI (Multiple Mental Health Issues) from Our Conditioned UpBringing and then The Subsequent Adulthood Trauma

Nothing stays permanent forever. Rough times will eventually pass. It helps to take deep breaths to help calm ourselves down. I liked reading this post!
Thank you so much. You are so right nothing is permanent
