Joys of Japan

Banana is soft and filling and I make it a point to eat one a day. It is not acidic so doesn’t harm my enamel. Not sure if it can be classed as my favourite but it is one that I rely on for some daily nourishment.

Berries be it strawberry, blackberry, blueberry, raspberry or cranberries , I will have a handful of these for my breakfast. I tend to have the frozen ones as they are so much cheaper and last longer of course. Full of goodness these definitely set me up for the day with some chia seeds and yoghurt.

Oranges are lovely and when possible, I will have them. Always feels fresh to eat them and a whole lot of vitamin c and fibres.

These are my usual fruits that I eat nearly everyday. Persimmons are my favourite and I will get them sometimes. I do love plums especially from my garden. Kiwi is great but too acidic and I just feel teeth get eroded whenever I eat these.

It definitely feels cleansing to eat fruits, good for gut, skin and hair. Frozen ones are special too and same freshness with all vitamins preserved well. Enjoy your fruits and keep healthy.
