I could easily sleep till late but never get the opportunity. I used to wake up quite early to do my weight training and yoga, there came a time when I got busy with travelling and the whole routine went upside down. It’s been over a year and I can’t get myself out of bed to do any exercise. All my exercises are done in the evening now.
Is that an issue though? I simply listen to my body and do what it tells me to do. Lie in so I lie in. Exercise then I exercise. Walk then I walk. It feels good to have some routine especially for exercise.
I have to remind myself nearly everyday that I must look after myself. It doesn’t take long for health to go down hill. It is hard work but it is for my own good.
Recently a friend of mine sent me a request to compete on the Apple Watch. I generally don’t indulge in any kind of competition but this was a friendly sporty thing to do. So we decided, why not. It got me back on track to shed 500 calories everyday and I thoroughly enjoyed the week. I really wish to continue it for a long while.
Once the steps and calories are achieved it feels immensely great and I am totally in my happy place. What is your exercise schedule and what is your motivation? Please do share.
I can’t even remember the last time I exercised. I might start after this motivation

I love the competitions on my Apple Watch – I’ve found that morning workouts work best for my schedule and getting outside and walking regardless of the weather!
