Cherry trees have flowered and will remain for only a few days. We went for an afternoon walk a few days ago when I captured these photographs.
My favourite weather is when it is calm, mildly sunny with some clouds, a little bit cold, definitely not rainy and windy.
When I saw the daily prompt I got confused between weather and season, then I thought I better clear my mind about the confusion. Weather is a the daily situation and season is over a period of three months.
In fact I love any kind of weather, sometimes even a very dark and misty morning leaves me with a lot of hope that it is going to get better and sunshine will break through. The darkness and chill with that eerie feeling instils the intrigue of nature and makes me more enthusiastic about life in general.
Sometimes it is about mindset, ones inner self dictates whether we like the day or not. Unhappiness creates the negativity around us but even then nature can bring positivity if we look hard. Going for a brisk walk for a few minutes when it is raining can be the most exhilarating feeling to experience. It washes away all the drudgery and laziness that may set on a rainy damp day.
It was drizzling one afternoon this week and I wanted to go for walk after lunch. My colleague also agreed that it would do us good to get out for a brisk round of the area. The rain kept coming on our faces and it felt absolutely lovely to get a bit wet. It made the afternoon so much easier to get through as if we had been recharged.
It does not matter what weather it is , making it our favourite is in our hands because that surely will bring happiness.
