I felt I must do 10000 steps today -well -rang my husband to see if he was free at lunch time and he was-both of us walked around the church square and did around 8000 steps.A woman passed by and looked so happy and energetic-she commented -freezing day but dry -all of us had a smile on our faces.

Will walk the rest 2000 steps later -I hope so



Writing is so wonderful.I have enjoyed connecting with people in all different ways especially as a doctor and now loving this platform.
