What are your favorite types of foods?

My daughter recently made this cake. We all loved it.

These days I crave sweet things after each meal.

I have to stop myself a lot from these cravings.

Indian sweets if kept in the house are extremely tempting. I am like a bee.

I keep telling myself sugar is not good but once a day for sure, I will give in.

One of my colleague told me about banana chips, nuts and a squash drink to stop eating calorie dense desserts.

Let’s see if they help. Food is a great source of happiness but moderation is vital.

  1. I dunno… store bought banana chips are often coated with sugar. Either way, they rarely satisy me.

    I often crave sugar but it can give me heartburn so I tend to eat carbs instead. I love asian sweets because they’re significantly less sweet than american desserts!

  2. I think women in particular crave sweets. These cravings are hard to overcome. Moderation is definitely the key!
