Senses slow down

Reaction time is slow

Walking is slow

But my positivity is more than ever.

Laughing at little things

Smiling at strangers

Watching people go by

Wanting to talk is there more than ever 

Waiting for the postman

Telephone rings rarely

Tea is mostly sat alone 

Routine in my life is greater than ever

Long drives are not for me

Holidays need too much planning 

Partying don’t work out anymore

My memories are more than ever.

I love my life 

I will live it to the fullest 

Eat drink and have fun to my capacity more than ever.

Let old age not stop you
