No mystery involved, I am talking about an alternative career. Time and again my children ask me -what would I do if I wasn’t a doctor?  I really don’t know the answer.

Doctor is the only job I know. I have never thought about another career ever. Actor , teacher – these I like. Nothing more than these to be honest. Put me as a store manager – I am not sure I will survive a day. A car dealer , any salesman-no chance.In my fantasy world, I could be so many things- detective,police officer, newsreader, taxi driver,a very clever civil engineer, keeping with modern times a cyber giant of some form and shape.How about working in a cafe in the English countryside?

Only had one thing in my thoughts after getting the results of college that was to get admission in medical school . Got in and kept going . Never looked back. Enjoyed everyday  with the challenges and opportunity that this career has brought on.The biggest highlught is being with people and sharing the journeys with them.

Most important thing is, I am happy in what I do. So really I dont need an alternative, Being clear in the choice and working on it -brings success and happiness.
