What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I love doing classes at the gym. Yoga and Pilates are my favourite activities.

I do love going on bike rides with my husband though we don’t do enough of it.

These days I must say I am training with a personal trainer and his pace is just right for me. I am thoroughly enjoying my PT sessions.

All these exercises give me a great buzz and I love them. Brings me great joy and happiness to be doing physical activity.

  1. Sports! Soccer, basketball, and volleyball are my absolute favorite. Not only does it help with my physical health, it improves my mental health and socialization/connection. I’m a therapist that blogs lyric analyses of songs that relate to mental health, but I have been working on an article for how exercise (and lack there of) affects mental health. Thanks for reminding me to actually finish it 😅
