Bedtime reading.

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life?

Leaving the phone alone, once I get into bed would definitely help me a lot. Having it next to me is detrimental to my sleep schedule.

At one point I used to keep it away and would do some bedtime reading every night. I slept through the night and was not tempted to do a quick what’s app or facebook check in the early hours of morning.

Nowadays for some reason I have started keeping the mobile on my bedside table and I invariably check social media around three am. A friend makes fun of my likes that come at 3 am on Facebook posts.

One improvement I need to do is to keep the phone away from my hands reach. I must read a book at night. This has always helped me to keep my life not go upside down, keep happy and carry on.
