Morning Person

Are you more of a night or morning person?

I think I am inherently lazy, but when I must do something then definitely morning is the better time. Generally with sleep, I give in when I am sleepy which is around 10 pm. I wake up fresh and do what needs doing from changing bed, preparing meals or looking at blood results. Morning is good and I shower early to make the most of the time,

When I start scrolling my phone first thing in the morning then time simple vanishes. Before I know it, I would have been on the phone for half an hour and it frustrates me. I still do it nearly everyday. I do enjoy it but it’s such a time waster.!

Any solutions for this would be good?

  1. I am definitely a night person. When I take time off of work I get into bad habits. Phone scrolling is an easy thing to fall into.

    When I wake on my days off, I give myself a half hour of scroll time before I get up and then put my phone aside. It is really easy to get sidetracked again tough. Having a set time to scroll your phone would be a good first step. You would need to be very structured though and this is not easy.

  2. I hear you on that scrolling thing. So frustrating. I decided to take a step back and ignore IG for a while and instead drinking my coffee I read a few blog post or the news.

  3. It is so difficult to get away from the phone! I charge mine by my bed every night so guess what I see first thing? But I need my coffee more, so I brew a double espresso, and write in my journal for 5-10 minutes and that keeps the phone away for a little while anyway.
