Day 19

This day was for all the beeches around Sydney. Took the ferry to Manly. Beautiful place. It was wonderful to sit and have coffee at the cafe and watch the sun and sea. The wind was warm but comfortable.
Then we went to Bondi Beech. Jazz musician on the front and people in big numbers in the water. Walking around was amazing.
From here we went to Watson Bay. Stunning look out points. The green water with its rock face was majestic. Breathtaking views of the waves lashing around.
Lots of photos. Lots of great food. We then felt we should do a bit of shopping for the children. We went to QVC, old Victorian building in its full glory telling the story about the colonial past, was again full of people, flowers and buzz.
Happiness was all around. People looked relaxed. The pace of life was slow and steady. I was thinking definitely people here in Australia looked less stressed and enjoying life more.
Buying Haigh’s chocolate was an experience especially as Christmas was round the corner. I loved the decorative wrapping and boxes available. Truly a very happy destination. Everyday was special and left us with lovely memories.
