Technology lover.

What technology would you be better off without, why?

I do love technology, phone to computers, at home or at work, can’t do without it. Google maps to the encyclopaedia we carry in our hands is definitely life changing.

Reading news on the phone is something I don’t like. I would love to go back to getting a newspaper everyday. In U.K. this does not happen unless I go and bring a paper everyday. Paper rounds is not a thing where I live. When I go to India, we can get paper everyday and to sit with a cup of tea reading it, is the most satisfying thing I do. I would very much want this to change.

Computers and IT was becoming a thing as I was growing up. To know the full form of CT and MRI scan was clever as I was finishing my high school. In medical school it started to be installed and getting used. Now it is a life saver. I absolutely love it all.

  1. Having fun with cool technology and cherishing the good times of reading newspapers in India. Watching CT and MRI scans go from smart words to life-saving tools is the amazing journey of progress in computers and IT.

  2. Really enjoyed your reflection on this it’s interesting how technology can be both essential and intrusive at the same time. Phones and computers have become almost impossible to live without, yet certain simple experiences like reading a physical newspaper with a cup of tea still feel unmatched. It shows that not all progress replaces the joy of old habits. At the best digital agency in Chicago, we often talk about how technology should enhance life without erasing the small rituals that make it enjoyable. Loved your perspective here!
