What are your favorite side-hustle ideas?
Would love to buy a house in auction and try to renovate it then decide whether to rent or sell. Would definitely enjoy this as a side hustle.

Gawd… I can’t maintain the house that I live in. No way I’d add another! I thought about it when the duplex across the street went on the market for a very low price, which is when I realized I just don’t have the energy required.
I hope you do it!
