If you could start a new business right now, what would it be?
People will always need food. I will definitely open a restaurant now, if I have to and if I can.
I have always seen food as a necessity and also a source of joy and pleasure. In moderation, food definitely brings happiness.

A bookstore with a coffee shop but I would have to won the lottery or have money from another source.

There is always a need for new independent restaurants. In our neighborhood college town the long time independent Ethiopian Restaurant just recently closed its door, which saddened me since it was unique. This was in the same strip mall as my favorite Israeli Food restaurant also closed down 6 years ago, both served wonderful food. Perhaps you can open your restaurant there. 🦆
