Wind and warmth swept the face

The Sun kept going out of sight.

The sky colours became more jubilant

Quickly could feel the mighty night.

The twinkling lights shining far beyond

Queen’s Necklace adorning the Bay

Skyline mesmerising the Arabian Sea.

Mumbai looked alive and away.

People walking, sitting and chatting,

Little boats dotted on the waves

Feet and mind are tired from travels

Time for dreams to take on the braves.

Sleep and slumber bring me the joy

Get the rest for the holidays to enjoy.
