Have you felt overwhelmed as soon as you wake up? Day ahead seems too busy? Emotionally, physically and mentally, ready to give up. Of course, we all have faced such days.
The first thing I do is write out a list so I am clear about all my ties even if they are emotional. Then I star mark things I really can do. The rest I leave as such on the list. When I see things on paper the burden becomes less.
On a day like this I need to feel grounded. Whatever the schedule, I try to do half hour of yoga early in the morning, with full concentration, my mind needing to brought back to my breathing throughout the practice. That is alright. Yoga makes me feel stronger in myself.
