When life gets busy and it becomes impossible to sit down for a decent lunch, what is the answer? Well, you could keep going with job, job and job.
Today my husband decided to come to pick me up for lunch but I had very little time between my morning surgery and afternoon. It is quite cold outside for a picnic.
We went into Marks and Spencer, and made an impromptu list of picnic things. Bun, crisps, salad and hummus. More than enough to make sandwiches with. Overlooking the River Tees, Sun filtering through the car windows, great low calorie lunch and good company. Not much is required to be happy in life.
