We absolutely love this show, Great British Bake Off. Mostly we have to watch it later as it comes on weekdays. What ever be the case, we watch each episode. We meaning the whole family. Foodies all the way through.
It is inspiring to watch the baking. I definitely bake more during the season it is being aired. Caramel week seemed quite tough. I keep thinking I want to give it a go.
My favourite book to follow when baking is the Be Ro Recipe book. All the recipes are so simply explained. They are easy to make. Recently I made jam tarts after coming from a farmers market where we bought different varieties of home made jams. Of course they were yum and so easy to make.
