9 pm walk.

In this pandemic era, one thing we have done a lot is walking in our local areas. There has been nothing else in the name of outings. I am grateful for the fresh surroundings we live in.

People have been anxious. It is easy to tell others to be calm and that this time will pass. Inside me is also an anxious person.

Don’t live in fear a friend told me today. Of course very meaningful. He told me to think about the bliss around me. What good had happened. Such a nice way to make the anxiety and negativity be removed in the shadow of bliss.

We have to live on, better to try and be happy .

Yes, it is such a blessing to live in healthy and fresh environment. I am not able to go for long walks but am thankful for the east facing big balcony 😍

I take normal tea in the evening but in the mornings I enjoy lime and honey in hot water πŸ˜ŠπŸ’–

Yes, we need to focus on the good, and remember that without darkness we would never see or appreciate the beauty of the stars.
