- Libraries are such a calm place.I mostly buy books and have so many at home. Not sure its a good idea to have so many books at home. Now they are spilling all over the garage too.Every room has a small to big bookshelf with enough books on them. I dont like ereading always need a book in my hand. Finally decided to become a member of the local library.
- Met the most friendly staff in the library and got talking and chatting. Discovered her best friend and myself used to work together. Hey what a small world. More talking of course. It made my afternoon. One because I met a lovely person and second because I got free access to so many books without clogging up the house.
- My favourite bookshop is Waterstones. Got talking to the lady there as well and had ordered a book so did go and pick it up.I do love bookshops. My school friends will remeber the few bookshops that we had in Patna. They were a common topic of discussion among us. Of course in those days books used to be a big source of knowledge and entertainment. May be that is why I still buy them. Even my children like buying books a lot.We all read at bedtime. We all encourage each other to read.
- The one favourite book going at the moment is Shoe Dog- all about Nike. It has brought on so many discussion, a desire to visit Portland, some enthusiasm that determination works so keep going. Hardwork will payoff sometime.
- Definitely books bring on happiness and a trip to the library certainly does it too.
